		<description>Not to mention the amount of celebrities and atheletes who endorse i.e. are paid to endorse, the myriad of synthetic, isolated vitamins that have no research on them working and often cause more harm than good. That makes my blood boil when I watch TV!</description>

		<description>Thanks for your response Ryan. Tea and coffee are ok, but you really need to moderate the amount of milk you drink with these. Sports drinks are ok if you are running for 1-2hrs but please note that I would never recommend you do!</description>
